The return shipping is to be paid by the customer. Other shipping costs are nonrefundable.
The return must be properly insured and packaged with original packing material and invoices. A 15% restocking fee may apply.
Litter cabinets are not returnable. NO EXCEPTIONS
All custom work including custom colors are not returnable.
All discontinued items are not returnable.
Please remember that you may not cancel the order once an item has shipped. If you refuse the item you will be charged a 50% restocking fee as well as inbound and outbound shipping and any additional fees that the carrier may charge.
